well I don't have problems doing it, and I see no point in beating the crap out of the gear box everyday.

you don't necessarily have to drive hard to put a beating on the gear box.

 

nope never do. I pay more attention to my foot on the clutch then i do on the gear box. Never beat the crap out of it every day. Maybe once every 2 weeks lol

 

+1 ruben... I'm not certain if it was intentional. However, when you took me on that ride-a-long, Your RPM's spiked between 2nd and 3rd.. I mean it spiked from like 2500-almost 4500 >_<

clutch in off gas switch to second let off clutch when the clutch is off start to gas


Sounds like he was riding the clutch

 

your shift points are weird, and you don't really revmatch while downshifting. if your gearbox didn't have synchros you would grind every time

 

high performance car + crappy driver = rolled ran off a cliff wrx

higher perromance car + same crappy driver = ?????


its simple math

 

= Harry almost hitting a rock on 4th gear on the down hill
