Reason I ask is because last week those guys pulled out guns right in front of the office (parking lot). THey were about to start blasting with some other vatos. They left and started shooting down the block.

thanks guys, the place is in Corona I haven't heard back from the city job yet, those fools are taking their sweet *** time calling people back. but as soon as the city job calls, I'm jumping ship!!

 

let me be the first one to tell u how city jobs work, bigger the city the longer it will take. i say you have about a month to 3 months before they get back to u, and if they hired someone else u'll never hear from them.

 

well there's 5 positions open and according to my friend that works there, I'm going to get hired

 

for a city like LA, it sometimes take up to a year for the whole dam process...

Oh yea i forgot the most important thing is their fiscal year budget, and if i'm correct during june-july is when most city's budgets get approved. once the budgets are approved thats when you'll get hired plus a few weeks for paper work and lazy workers
