If you got that mask, then you've already beaten the first B&B. When the girls slowly walk up to you, and the background sound/music is like people screaming and stuff, instead of shooting the girls, back up a ways, drop a stun grenade, and keep running. After about 2-3 direct stun grenades, the girl will go down, and you'll get their face mask for subduing them with non-lethal means. You can also use the various tranquilizer guns, but the grenade is most effective.

I remember that fight well, I was going through it at about 3am, and the screams freaked me out

i just passed that part last night and i concur!

 

i have beaten 3 of the B&B one left to kill

 

I'm on Act 5. I was up till 6am playing. I'm almost done.

I thought she was the easiest of the B&Bs, I just parked myself under the tank and waited like a good little sniper for her to try and shoot me with her railgun.

 

lol from watching that video my friend pointed out that when you shoot her and she falls on her back to the ground you can see some slight cameltoe

 

almost all the girls show it in some of the cutscenes
