Lonely subie
I am a big car guy, and around here there's really not too much car activity. The only auto enthusiast friends I have and know here have honda's or VW's and they're really just not all that interesting. I would love go to some meets, or hang out or whatever with some fellow Subaru owners who don't mind talking about their cars. I live in the San Luis Obispo area and have weekends off, so I don't mind driving long distances to do something. The bar scene's getting old, local street races are moronic (mini-vans and lifted trucks) and there's just nothin' to do. Someone help!

If you can make it let me know, we'd be glad to have you.

Hey, thanks a lot for the invite. I really would like to but I don't know that a 6 hour drive is possible for something like that. Although if you were less than two hours away I'd totally be there. But 6 seems much. Unless it were on a weekend and there was some other stuff going on too. I'd be there for sure.

it's only 2 hours and I love the drive there. I know they have meets there but I never catch the threads in time. I'm not really on the net that much 'cept lately. I was hoping someone in the area would maybe take my number and give me a call when one's happening.
