Car Info: 2013 Toyota Prius Plug In 2011 Toyota Prius
you don't pass on a turn from inside out, because the leading car is taking an outside in line. The cars will run into each other that way.
The yellow civic did this 4 times. 3 to the beginner drives and 1 time to an instructor. To top it off the owner did not admit to doing it.
When Tommy pulled him aside and asked him does he know why instructors are giving him ****, He simply replied with "I speak no English." Tommy said BS, you managed to get your drivers license and you managed to get past registration and tech, you are capable of understanding "who owns the yellow honda civic."
