Ick. When will upper management realize that there's no need for middle management micro-managing? I seriously hate corporate America.

My last job was like that. We'd get "reminder" e-mails all day long.. and the sad thing was, the managers' grammar and spelling were horrible.

Bleh, bleh, bleh! I'm SO glad to be out of there.

The freeway was pretty empty at that point and from far away only one car (the car with headlights on facing opposite of traffic flow) can be seen. After a quick dodge around those cars and a fast observation, they seemed to be ok. So I dialled 9-1-1 and reported the accident before it cause an accident pile-up. This is the second time I've ever called 9-1-1 after running into a fresh accident on a freeway in LA. Anyhow, please drive safely.
Was this before or after you called me? You could've told me the story!

Yeah.. after I left my last job, a few people followed suit. I'm just a lot happier and stress free now. I figure, you spend 8 hours a day at work - it's worth it to find a job where you're not treated like crap. Even better if you find a job you can enjoy.

Word. It's also really hard leaving your job when you don't have anything else lined up yet too. And it's shady if you interview while still working at your current job and have potential future employers calling your references. It's such a catch 22 to get out of that loop.

Heh, depends on how much crap you can take. I'd be willing to bet that most people are miserable, but still at their jobs because it pays the bills. ..

Financial security forms the shackles that keep the working class a-workin'.

Well, that's when I knew it was time for me to go. It seemed like one week, I just decided to stop working. I didn't care if I got in trouble anymore - I just had enough. So I spent my time at work doing things worth while... I job searched. I got the first job I interviewed for and here I am. Much happier.

I only hope that everyone can do the same or is already happy where they're at. Work-related stress is a big downer in life.
