i dunno. stuff that doesn't make sense? there's a facility for adult 'special' people across the street from us. but it could just be a random homeless guy.

there are a lot of good eats around here so i can't complain. the quirky individuals also provide entertainment sometimes (we're on the 3rd floor so we can watch safely).
