It's a Chinese thing. We mock those Chinese molesters that molest kids. These molesters are also known as the "Goldfish Man" (金魚佬; pronouncedGum Yiu Lou). Kids usually call the older Mr. and Mrs. as uncle and auntie. Jerry's spelling emphasize the pronunciation of a typical Chinese FOB.

Goldfish Man (Creep):
They're known as goldfish man because mothers tend to warn their child not to get attracted to the goldfishes in the plastic see through bags because these mythical creeps would get kids attention by using Nemo as a bait for the kids.
