wheels come with special 2 pc lugs
does not follow instructions for 2 pc lugs and does not understand concept of torque wrench
drives on freeway
wheel flies off car while friend doin pseudo 3 wheel motion
friend sees 1 bling bling 19" wheel roll off into car pool lane
chp stops traffic, gets wheel and tows car off freeway
