iku zo = "i'm going/i'm going to go"
okurimasu = "i'll take you there" or "i'll ship it"
chika chan? is that a girl's name w/ a chan after it? or chikan = "pervert"
matsuwa = "i'll wait"
temo... demo = "but..."
chan is for kids (mostly girls, 'kun' for boys), but you can also use it on adults (both gengers) if you're friends and you want to use nicknames.
san is formal and you use it for both genders. when you're in a business situation, you would almost always use san.
