ya, he said they it was "fine" every time they "test" drove the car. SO that means im in the clear in the respect that I did not deliver the car to him with a defective tranny...and the 30-50 ft i drove down the parking lot could not have blown it........hmmmmm, i just hate being lied to, especially when you put trust in someone and have him take your car for 6 months. *sigh* whatever...ill figure it out.

ce28n??? if you mean me fatty pi, all you got to do is tell the shop to fix it or you'll sue them. If they don't fix it, slap them with a lawsuit. I did that and got my car fix for free.
