sounding.....that way I can still see where I'm going and whatnot...although I love music, so I think I'd go insane, but I love hot girls too. Music<Hot Girls
three main things that the medical personel primarily cares about.... are Life, Limb, and eye sight. IMO, if you had no choice but to loose either one, yould be better off loosing your hearing. In that case you'll see how beautiful your wife is, and you dont have to worry about what shes Yappin' about.

i would imagine it's difficult to drive while deaf too. you can't hear warning sounds like horns or stuff like that so you'll probably get into accidents quite often

Easier to drive deaf, at least you have a chance of seeing the ambulance or whatever emergency vehicle in the mirrors, which considering how bad my hearing is now and the fact that the radio is on, I usually notice the flashing lights and other cars pulling over first. Still well enough in advance.
