i was driving back from la maybe 20 mins ago and some ******* in a prelude shot three paintball gun shots at my car. now i have 3 f*cking dents on my passenger door!!! at least the bright yellow paint came off easily, but wtf?! just thought i'd let people know in case they run into the same jerk. it was the newer 97+? silver (more like light purple). near pomona/claremont on fwy 10. i wish i got the plate number...

 

this may sound a little harsh but next time make sure you have those kick *** spikes that come from your wheel, like in the movies, and tear their tires to shreads

 

That suxs you should have gotten a plate number and followed their *** till the cops came. I'm sure if you told the cops you saw them point something that looked like a gun and you heard something hit your car you would have had all of LAPD on their *** with all of those freeway shootings.

 

Is there anything specific about this prelude that can distinguish it from other silver preludes? Decals? Exhaust? Lowered? Exterior modifications?

 

the car just pretty much swerved off to exit right after so i couldn't get their plate. plus i didn't want to give them a chance to do more damage if i followed them. as far as their car, it looked pretty stock. no decals or exterior mods that i saw. didn't look like it was lowered either. i called the chp but w/o the plate, they can't do anything.

 

what ethnicity are they? i drive around there often so ill keep a look out. with my bb gun.

do you guys know of any good paintless dent removal places around here (claremont/fullerton-ish)? and how much might it cost? it's all on one panel and the dents are about the size of quarters. thanks in advance!

Im sorry to hear that, you shouldve threw pennys at them, thats what the ash tray is for. I have a friend that has a friend that takes off the dents, if its possible or visible can you take pics of the dents? im plannign to take off some little door dings off my car..
