My car is registered to both me and my mom for the sake of getting a lower percentage on the loan. Unfortunately, she didn't give me the damned letter saying that I have to SMOG until just tonight, and I only have until the 8th to get it done.

I can't put back all the stock parts. I know...it's easy, but I'm disabled.

I've just got the basics...I/H/E. Think I'll pass SMOG? Can anyone refer me to somewhere (via PM of course)? How much is this anyway? Closer to L.A. is better for me
