Oh my God is it good. They put about 20 lbs of the best shrimp you can get (they don't cost **** down here) and boil them with tons of spices, whole garlic gloves, red potatoes, corn on the cob and sausages. Add beer and eat until you're ready to die.

 

is there one where they add crawfish too? man.. that sounds grub..

 

Yeah they'll put crawfish in it too but it's getting late in the season for them. They're this size of small lobsters now.

I don't either but the locals like the small because they are easier to eat. I don't care how they are they're good to me. My platoon sargeant is getting a bunch of red beans and rice, etouffee and jamalaya ready that his family made. They're from the bayou and make the best shiet.
