I didn't go cause I was too tired from my trip. It was too windy too! I'll be there next week I guess.

I actually know that girl pretty well. Her name actually is Kitty. She is the girlfriend of a good friend of mine. She's always hanging out at Life Plaza eating crepes at the crepe stand.

She is really into cosplay, anime and videogames. But she's taken. Oh well.

i'm entering my car. well not really entering my car but i'm displaying for my friends booth (Evasive). see u all there =)

Well cosplay is basicly a bunch of people who like to go to Anime cons they dress up as their favorite anime charecters and you can go into shows and win prizes and be posted all over webpages.Getting comments and fansfrom people who like your talent and skill of making the costumes. Its really big in Japan and now here. It is fun and like any hobby pricey. There is a bad side to it as well fanboys stalkers and jealous *****es but if you dont let them bug you its all good.
Life Plaza: Well Life plaza is just one of the many little stores in the Diamond bar plaza. It is a great hang out to go to the big features there are AI Arcade infinity, Crepe Staion , Life plaza store, The Boat all good asian food resturant, Ten rens tea and lol The Young HO! There are more resturants and a big photo shop to take all the pics with your girls you could want. Or they will just drag you in to take pics. Its got the pool hall where all the fights start there was one last Friday night actually. Other than that its a cool place to go and stay all night long for a late hang out or a snack.

Thanks. That explains a lot. That explains the girl that used to work at Electronics Boutique over at Westside Pavillion and the guys that hung out when she worked. Interesting though. No way you gotta make them or have them made but it cost a lot less if you do make them your self. Well I really shouldnt say that I went over board with a costume and even put neon tubing wire in it (Idea from other car friends) . It cost me around 400$ but well worth it. And the only thing I passed in school was art class the home economics ladt was a real B****! Get this a guy taught me how to sew haha!

Anyways, I think your costumes rock! It definately shows the creative talent that it takes to create those freakin' costumes. Anyways, just to let you know, I am not a bandwagon anime fan, cause I am a stalker of yours, :lol: but I was hardcore into Ranma (and OAVs), Tenchi Muyo, Cat Girl Nuku Nuku, Crying Freeman, etc, but during the day, I didn't know Cosplay existed. had I known, you would have seen me dressed up as Happosai or Genma as they are my faves!

I think it's cool that you are into cars and stuff, maybe you should make a visit to one of our RIFE meets! We meet every Sunday and I am sure if you brought 8 x 10's along, people would ask you for your autograph! LOL

I just recently heard about the meets at life plaza on Sunday nights and would like to check it out. I don't know if anybody will be showing up today(Super Bowl Sunday). Funny, I must go there at least 3 times a week and never knew about it. Please post back if anybody is going today. Thanks and hope to see some people there.

FIGHTS? At Life? Man.... I never really go there, as last week was my second time there. It seems like a cool place to play video games and stuff and get boba and stuff, but I never knew!

Anyways, yes, my first exposure to Anime was around 1995 when I first watched Ranma 1/2 and fell in love with it! Of course my favorite character is Happousai, and I always wanted to cosplay him, but I think I am too tall to play him:P

Anyways, you should have seen my room before I moved out of my parents house! It had Ranma posters and sun visors all over it, with soundtracks from the OAV's and TV series! Anyways, hope to see you one day at Rife!

I wish Icould have gone today I was sooo bored and was craving a good boba! well a few weeks ago wait- last week I think there was a fight and my friends who were in the photo store heard a few gun shots going on. After they pissed in their pants, they found out it started next door at the pool tabels.That was last friday and when I went on Saturday last week there was a lot of cops patroling. Life has had many gang fights in the past but its all good now.

I just got back from the meet tonight, and it was packed! We had tons of fun and drank the usual boba and stuff. Anyways, no fights tonight, and I got in some Percussion freaks and Para Para paradise.

You have to show up one time or another, cause I think from the posts and the buzz you created, you are quite famous!

Yeah it was a great meet. No fights just a lot of great people having a good time. I still think we should try and cram everyone into one of those NeoPrint things and post the pics. Imagine 30+ people in those little sticky pics. Should we do meets on Wed?

If I have never been to one of these things before, and you guys meet up at the boba place (or wherever you guys have designated), how am I going to figure out who you are?

With the other meets I have been to, its easy, pull up to the group of cars that look like yours, and say 'hey'. And you let roll from there.

You'll know who we are cause we'll all be loitering around in the parking lot before we do anything. We usually park next to each other if its aval or we can try to section off the lot for us. Lately we've been meeting underground cause we can park next to each other plus its lit so we can see all the new stuff on our cars. Meets start at around 730 till when ever. I didn't leave till 1130 last night. I know other times I've been there till 2am.

And well, My Night of Fire came from 3 things I love.
I heard the song about 3 years ago, it was on a gundam cd of mine a pal burned for me.
Well when I heard thesong it hyped me up and when I would go out on my pals bike I would want to go faster and have that song in my head.
Then Para Para came out and I love that game so I played it and the song was on there
And then The love of all things Inital D came over seas and it was on there. It fits the mood so well a racing song I get all hype to!
So I figured - I am getting a S13 fixing it up, and it needs a name....So night of fire it is! ^____^

I live right off of Haven near the 10--I'm surprised Shaun didn't tell you (actually, I'm not--he was probably fantasizing about his GL2 instead).
