How do you remove decals?

I used a heat gun for removing decals from defunct sponsors on my
92 #24 SpecMiata...

But you gotta be real careful not to get to close to the vinyl decals..

With constant moving back and forth and a low heat setting they become soft, and can be removed by hand after 30 seconds...

I borrowed a buddy's pro heat gun and the stuff comes off in a jiffy..

The nice thing is when heated, all the adheasive comes off leaving no residue....

But if you go this route, be very careful!

hair dryer for like 1 minute or more, floss, or fishing wire,, goo gone and some endurance, of all the endless rubbing, and voila, no more badge.
