Hey So Cal!
Hey if your looking for a room to rent out I'm 99.99% sure that i"m monving out Dec. I live right across the street from school it's got a washer dryer in the unit and central air walk in closet and everything. Rent is 600 plus utilities split 4 ways. It's kind of an interesting setup in my apartment. There is a guy from Taiwan he's pretty cool he sleeps in the garage (he speaks english). Then in the master bedroom there is a 39 year old white guy with his g/f who is a red head striper. Then there is me I'm from Hawaii. Yeah everyone is pretty cool and everything. People would never guess we are roomates if you saw us all at one time, but diversity is good.

Well I'm a business major and looking at USC / USD to transfer into. Mainly, I am just tired of living at home. I mean don't get me wrong, free food, rent, etc is awesome, but it's time for me to get mine you know? One of my friends I've grown up with (since we were 3) who is practically my brother needs a roommate down there, so I figured why the hell not. 
isnt that have the highest STD rate around? which means people are getting laid so yeah it rocks just double bag it (jk you are more likely to have the condom fail)
