im reading it has EA's secuROM DRM so you have to activate it online and you are only allowed 5 more installs on PC's before you can't install it any more. lots of controversy with spore since its kinda like "renting" the game at full price from EA....,

EA require each computer to register via online activation.

if i'm reading it correctly
#1 who needs to install 1 game on 5 computer?
#2 if it's online usually 1 copy of game only allow u to create 1 online account. So even if it's install on 5 computer u can only log on on 1.
