IMO, it sucks that we have to post stuff up like that in order for vendors to listen and hear us consumers...same thing happened to me with kingpin...i had to post up the situation and have other "potential" consumers chime in and see my experience in order to get their attention...

I just canceled my order with Gruppe-S recently because of something similar. I waited 3 weeks (perhaps 4 or 5) for my supposedly "reserved" V-limited front lip spoiler, but apparently there was no deposit put in I requested. Luckily they didn't actually charge my card. When I went to the place to pick up my part since they said that "it should be here", they said, "oh, we had another guy come in and trade in another part for it". WTF? I thought that when you reserve a part and make a deposit (that I know now didn't exist), you have first rights/dibs on that part. Somebody out of the blue should NOT be able to just walk in and take the part that wasn't theirs to begin with. Next, they start saying that "this guy that took your order was only here for a week or two".. Well if that is the case, then why was he allowed to interact with customers then if he was that irresponsible? He should've been stockboy. I gave them another chance to sort things out and said that i'd wait for the next shipment. Then, the week came when they were supposed to contact me about my order. I had to contact THEM! They said that "UPS broke the parts". That was the last straw and I just canceled my order. Same thing seemed to happen with CE28N. I seriously could've taken a trip to Japan, spent a couple months out there chilling with friends and relatives and then bought the lip at a store and had it shipped directly to my home in the time it took to unravel this mess.

And please come up with something more original CE28N. The only thing original you came up with since I've come down to socal was your part in "the cliffhanger".
