Grinding going into 5th gear?

Grinding going into 5th gear?
Just about every time I shift into 5th gear it seem to grind the gear. I have a 2002 WRX with only 21,000 miles on it. Anyone know what might be wrong? I’m hesitant to take it to the dealer because I have a few bolt-ons bov, down-pipe, exhaust. Should something like this be covered by warranty? Or are they going to say my warranty is void?

hmm i had grinding going into 1st and 4th gear. i hear 4th gear is where torque comes in, and your synchro's might be out. i took mine to norm reeves subaru in temecula(great service by the way), and i had up/downpipes and catback and they were cool with it.
