I already get drunk dialed almost every other day. lol

 

I get these calls in the middle of the night on my cell phone all the time. They're always from a private number, and sometimes, I can hear the other end scuffling around, breathing, etc. Sometimes, it'll be 3-4 calls a night for a couple of days straight, then stop for a few nights and start up again.

I called my provider, and they offered to change my number, but then I'd have to give out a new number, etc.

Anybody have any suggestions, or go through the same thing?

i get a ton of wrong numbers from people who forget to dial the 1 before calling their (888) number. but not in the middle of the night. i stopped picking up calls that i don't recognize. they call for either a loan company or a dentist. it sucks.

Sounds like they were think your number is an 800 number. Time for a change, for better.

I get calls from koreans once in a while.. and they'd call back even though i tell them that they have dialed the wrong number.

There really isn't too much you could do just get your number changed or turn your phone off at night. Eventually they'll get bored and stop calling.
You could tell you provider that you don't want to take private number phone calls. I think you could still do that. That way the person will have to unblock their number.
