Crappier planes? They don't use their 777s? Those should have the video monitor installed under the armrests.

the last two trips have been 747s. no individual video monitors. believe me, i looked.

booo.. All of my moms flights have been in the newer 777. She gets vid monitors.

Northwest airline is literally the ****. It was sh!tty. the projectors were so out of date, the all the everything shown had an extra shade of green.

That was my united flight. To add to that, the sound was like a cell phone with faulty reception. It cut out every other word so the movies were pretty much useless.
