from my experience

57 sucks period
going southbound in the AM Peak hour (7-8ish) look like something like this
from the 60 to brea canyon road is good like 50-60mph
from Lambert to the 91 is typically not great from 25-40mph
91 to orange/ball maybe around 35-55mph
After ball to the 5/22 all hell brakes lose and ur driving around 5mph or less.

Northbound in the PM well it sucks soo bad u'll be depressed when i tell you what type of conditions it is, so i won't. All i have to say is carpool is the way to go.
