It's call River City Ransom. In chinese, 'hot' 'blood' 'high' 'school' It's one awsome game! I still like that game! They have other version such as River City Ransom volleyball, scoccer, olympic...etc.

 

Indeed. I love those games. I couldn't beat the Super Famicom version of the RPG though. I think it's because I needed proper translation.

Asside from that I loved the PC Engine's dodge ball. It was cool how the captains have super moves.
