There should be starting the sakura matsuris around this time of year. My old buddhist church does a bazaar around july 4th. Its on Alvarado Niles (Southern Alameda County Buddhist Church).
oooh i drive by that place whenever i visit my friend.
i think... its it between 880 and decoto on alvarado niles?

As for bball, ya there are A LOT of ppl playing there now. I used to play there in my HS and part of my college days spent back home..

UC police are crackin down after 2 fatal street races and that intersection of alvarado niles and decoto is a major intersection where kids cross to go to school so they have a lot of cops roaming the area as well as the camera.. Not to mention that the UC police dept is less than a block away from that intersection. However, there is a short cut around it if you are on decoto coming from mission blvd.

it was the camera ticket :'( i was looking at the senior center in the rearview mirror (i didn't know what it was at the time) during my search for apts and missed when the light turned yellow.

well it's my last day here in Nor Cal and so far this is what i have came up with about SF.
1. Great places to EAT! tons of places to go out to and visit, clubs, bars, hang out joints....
2. It's hard being a gril in SF because 85% of the guys here are GAY!
3. it's cold and WET!
all in all great times but i am not ready to move up here.
