have you tried the ajinomoto pork gyoza? it's good stuff. i need to try making gyoza from scratch, though.

ooh... i've never made meat stock though.
if you ever make hamburg steak, add about two tablespoons of japanese mayo before you cook it and the hamburg steak will come out nice and juicy.
that was from some japanese show too. maybe you already knew that.
