haha bakersfield. thats nowheres land in central cali. Well, at least he got a ticket. I would try to give "extra scratches" to his front bumper, but according to the condition of his car, i don't think it would have been worth it... Write down the idiot's License plate# and ask his/her insurance to pay for the damages if any.
