He's suppose to do that and has been told to, but this fool don't listen. He skips him knowing that he won't get his way, but I'm writing this up as overtime and adding extra time to it.

so who approves overtime at your work?

 

not really sure, but I'm going to talk to my boss about this today. I want to make sure I get paid for what was thrown in front of me

 

the only reason why i ask is because my warehouse staff did something like this, we denied them the OT they worked because nobody approved the extra work even though they claim it someone in the office asked them to do it.

My boss said it was ok for me to work overtime on stuff that I scheduled to work on, but since some jackass can't wait. He dumped his crap on me.


Ok just had a talk with my boss. He said it's fine just write it in as ot and if I get dumped on again. Write as ot again
