good morning. had my first ever jury duty today! was not called in. not very exciting.

blech.. For jury duty, the last couple of times, the defense dismissed me. Thats because i said I had bikes stolen from me (the first case was because of a theft at the U/C Walmart) and the other one was because i had a childhood friend that was mugged.

So ya. I've been dismissed both times and the company i was working for prior to this one paid for it.

my work doesn't pay for time we miss on jury duty.
