morning all. My lead engineer sat me down last night,read me the riot act, told me that he was going to go to my manager to have me removed from the job and discussed in great detail how fragile the job market is.. I have not encountered a jerk of this magnitude in my life.

 

wow.. dude just wow.. Yea I'd get out of there asap.
What caused him to sit you down and talk to you about that? It's really hard to fire someone these days but he sure could (if not has) make your life hell.
