ive never heard 18! i can understand 21.... and 18 but always thought it was 24.. i think most places around here are 24

stupid accidents, 3 of them back to back -_-
1. duno what happen but traffic came to a complete stop
2. some guys bumper was falling off
3. someone spun out and hit/got hit by a wall/someone
