good morning and happy thursday! on the phone with amazon customer service right now... i explained to the same person THREE times that I already returned the item.

Best customer service I've seen from any company so far is newegg.com... I haven't had problems with amazon yet so sorry to hear... but then again, i only purchased 2 books...

 

did you just call jerry? amazon customer service sucks. so does smartpost's (some sub-carrier for fedex).

for me, it's been directv. but i don't call customer service that often.

 

All I'm saying is that i haven't had a bad experience yet especially since I only had to deal with them once and i might have even gotten lucky with getting a decent rep. Worst customer service by far is Dell/Alienware.

 

This has got to be the best weather I've seen in socal for a while now.
