Ok i looked at this stupid diagram

and i'm trying to guess which gasket i need for uppipe and downpipe install
so far i came up with this
For downpipe:
I need (upper to turbo) and (lower to exhaust)
For Uppipe :
(Inlet to turbo) and (outlet to exhaust)
For catback:
i possibily need 3 inch exhaust gasket.
But what's the deal with the exhaust manifold gasket?
Do i need the 3 gasket listed below?
I found the list on allsubuaru exhaust gasket section.

you will need both uppipe gaskets, both down pipe gaskets.
and most likely will need downpipe to midpipe gasket to seal any leaks. i had a tiny leak with my helix dp.
you can buy the manifold ones if you want, i did not need to change mine out cause they were still in good shape.

Is this gasket like a oval 3 inch gasket with 2 holes?
or do i need the one from like subydude

yup it is.. what a pain in the ***..
as far as i'm gussing the JDM d/p will cover the USDM d/p and mid cat
but i can't be sure until my catback come in. and test fit them together to see which actual gasket i need..
OMG this is such pain in the ***.. to figure out..

yeah it's an oval shaped 3" 2bolt flat. you will probably need 2 to cover any possible leaks. i think dealers only carry 2.5"
i have a few gaskets i bought but never used them, if u want you can get these from me

 

cool let me figure out the setup when my exhaust come in tomorrow and i'll let you know.

 

If i may ask, wut exhaust system are you getting?
