some people like rotas some people don't .. again.. its all preference..
i like kokuton niku on my ramen with the half cooked egg..
noodle is a lil' thicker too..
then again.. shin-sen-gumi's ramen is more versatile in terms of varying for preference.. maybe i just haven't found my right combination yet..
oil level, ramen tenderness, or how strong the soup should be..
furthermore.. my noodle wasn't hot until i got my final order of extra noodle .. the previous two was not hot enuff.. but it was still good ^__^
I think I also made my soup a bit too strong so it got a bit salty.. or too tasty.
but yeah.. i just love eggs.. so the half cooked egg just melts my preference a bit more..
