fender rolling?
This is to keep the edge of your inner fender from cutting/rubbing your tires after you have installed some "larger/wider than stock" wheels/tires or have lowered your car to the point that the fenders rub when you go over bumps or ridges...this will give you a small relief (a few milimeters) so if your car is "slammed" it will nt help. It is a "backyard" project that most businesses will not mess with...it is too easy (10 minutes of work...maximum) and the small possibility (very small) of damage.
hey dude we met on the julian run on saturday.
so, fender rolling, if your tires rub along the outside of the tire, usually in the rear, you should get your fenders rolled to allow for more dynamic camber and no rubbing. if you are looking straight at one of your rear wheels, the part that rubs is right above the tire on the outside. i believe you have wheel spacers on your sti, correct? so that might cause some fender rubbing issues if you are pushing your wheels towards the outside of the car. most performacne shops DO do this with a special fender rollamajiggy thing. it works pretty nice. remember the other silver wagon on the drive, he had his fenders rolled because he switched to lower offset wheels and you couldnt even tell. it was a very nice job.

1.jack up your car
2.ask your friend for his baseball bat (if you have one go to step three)
3. once the car in the jack, place baseball bat gently around the tire (gap between tire and fender)
4. apply a gentle rolling motion on the bat
5 use razorblade to stop paint from cracking (cut a line from the bent started)
6. un-jack your car
7. drive the car
