Felony arrest in Garden Grove roll-over death
Another crash that a cop friend responded to. Be careful out there guys and gals.

GARDEN GROVE: An 18-year-old Santa Ana man died and a 19-year-old man was arrested early today after the car they occupied hit a light pole and rolled over, police said.
The man who died was identified as Luis Gutierrez, who turned 18 three weeks ago and died after being pulled from an overturned silver four-door 2002 Subaru WRX.
Police said the driver of the Subaru, Ivan Mora, who turned 19 last Friday, was arrested on suspicion of gross vehicular manslaughter and felony drunken driving.
Sammy Pantoja, 19, of Santa Ana, a passenger in the car, was admitted to Western Medical Center in Santa Ana with injuries that were not believed to be life threatening.
The accident occurred shortly after 1 a.m. at the intersection of Euclid and Main streets.
Investigators said the vehicle had been traveling southbound when it hit the light pole. Police said the driver appeared to have been drinking alcoholic beverages when he spoke to officers at the scene.
Police want to talk to any occupants of a white van seen near the accident or any other possible witnesses. Anyone with information is asked to call investigator Chris Wasinger at (714) 741-5823.
