Just take it to Monrovia.

I had my car towed 90 miles to his shop to get the head gaskets changed, and top part of the engine rebuilt. Thoroughly satisfied with their work, and the little 'extras' that came with the service.

Not cheap, but if you're willing to pay for the job done right the first time by an HONEST mechanic, here's the place to go.

I'd send my parents there!! ( )

They ironically bought a Forester about 6 months after I did, without knowing I bought one.......

Any suggestions for good repair places around Silver Lake?

Thanks so much!

"typical oil leak"? Hm.

Imprezas are notorious for both their front and rear main seal leak problems.

I have a leaky front main seal. It's a lot of work getting to them.. I'm just going to wait until I change my belts to do it.
