Might be moving to San Diego soon, wondering what are some good downpipes with a high flow cat so I don't get into trouble w/ the police in California. Right now I'm living in Hawaii with the Invidia downpipe (no cat).

Basically, no. Our smog tests require visual inspections. If they see any cats tampered with/removed it is an automatic fail. I would hang onto your stock up and down pipe for such an occasion.

You can hang onto your Invidia (I need to put mine on someday ) and run catless but if you want to be a bit stealthy you stromung offers different turboback options. Their dp is not like others, Invidia for instance replaces dp and midpipe with a single dp. Stromung offers dp's and midpipes with high flow cats. Their mufflers look the closest to stock compared to others I have seen.
