How do I get rid of my beer gut? My waist size is 32 but my gut is still bleh. Are there certain excersizes I can do aside from sit ups?

beer gut is a beeech.....

i went from a 38 to a 33/34 but i still have a beer gut... and it's gonna take a while to dump it..

but yes there is excercises that will tighten up your gut...

basically have to work out your mid section it's 5 parts.... 2 sides, upper abb, lower abb and mid abb...

get a abb wheel i warn you it's hard but that will target most of your mid section at one time. situps, crunches, and side crunches will target more but you need to do high reps. 50 of each 3 sets every other day you won't see results for 3 months.

but the abb wheel is good

but all that needs to be included with a regular cardio workout and cut down on carbs, starch, sugars etc...
