I think this thread should be re-titled do not go to American Collision Centre in Northridge as well

I just got back from sac last friday and I'm beat like a bloody meat.
I overslept and rather than being Sierra Subaru at 730A i was there at 11A. They didn't work on my car till 2P.
It was traffic going home and when i got home i waited for traffic to die down and left at 748p only to encounter the same traffic i had feared.
I woke up at 4a sunday and left quarter till 5 and then got to work at 1003A which was plenty of time as I start 1030.
Nearly got into collision as this douche signaled and went into my lane anyway ( there wasn't even room to move in ). It's like why bother signaling when you've no room and you merge int the lane anyway?
I was falling asleep here and there at work i had to take a nap during break and lunch. I didn't even hit weights yesterday.
1 day 390 mi ( i don't know why I could swear this should be 408 miles ) to visit son. Hated the drive butt i loved every minute i spent with him.
It should've been friday-sunday morning butt the shop didn't replace the radiator with OEM ( i figure *****ing at them would be pointless so i drove 35 miles to dealer - rated "stellar performer" ).
Also I ordered misc. parts from them as I'm in no way giving business to sherman. I sure as hell hope the shop reimburse me like they said.
Now, it hit me. I'm missing more parts than I expected ( more like incorrect parts put together more like it )
I didn't get the bolt over the P/S pulley shield like I asked, the hook for the IC hose, and 2 grommets on both corner lamps.
Just above the grill there's 6 grommets that should be in place. The 2nd-3rd are correct pieces and everything else is wrong part attached to give appearance of excellent craftsmanship.
In hindsight, I should've called that dealer and asked if they've a collision centre in their shop because they in fact did :|

hi everyone. this is my first time on here and i was hoping to get some advice about going to this place for service...
i just moved out here from the east coast and my 07 wrx has been having an issue for nearly a year now. the piston keeps mis-firing (or so the dealerships keep telling me) every few months. i've taken my car, which i love, to the dealer i bought it from 2 or 3 times for the issue, then to the dealer in new orleans when it happened there and now this tuesday i have an appointment at shaver subaru for what i'd bet good money on is the same issue. issue with them is that i've seen a lot of negative postings about that dealership and the biggest problem is, NONE of the dealers have been able to fix the problem or even tell me WHY it's happening. i'm really nervous to bring it to shaver cuz i keep seeing a lot of negative reviews. i don't like shady behavior, especially when i've already paid $30k for the car not to mention what i've paid for the previous dealers to (not) fix the problem. i'm worried that if all the reviews at shaver are bad and those people are shady with sales what are they like with service??? it's bad enough that i'm a chick and, no offense guys, but mechanics love to take advantage of us women, but to also have this doubt... i don't know if i should cancel my appointment and go somewhere else? should i try sherman oaks? does anyone have a dealer they trust for their service?
i read that a guy from SCS would help out with stuff, but when i tried the number the phone just rang and rang. does anyone know if they are legit? i'd be willing to drive the distance if i know my car is in good hands.
i'd appreciate any advice, really really appreciate it.
thanks much & sorry for the car life story
