Whats the hourly rate?
What tech position is it? Lateral support or a team system?
How many techs at the dealership?
How many service writers?
Are the bays equipped with overheads?

 

We're separate company from the dealerships - we have three fully quipped bays; this is a lead position for our import/performance division with one helper assisting the shop and one more fully ASE certified master tech that is currently handling all the work so he needs someone to compliment his skills on the import side.
Payplan will depend on the work history - this is also a position for someone open minded as we have plans to do "other" activities outside the shop.....
