Irrigation/Livestock runoff.. Hard water spots that were a B**** to take out (when I was at UCD).. Always carrying a bottle of water around because I wasn't sure what came out of the water fountains around school.. Sac water is not good. Not good at all.. Look at Putah creek (which runs through Davis) and you tell me which area has better water...Tim
