Hey guys, i'm probably going to be moving to so-cal this summer. I got accepted to CSU Northridge and still waiting to hear from San Bernardino.

Just curious what you guys know about the school and area. Any suggestions on where to live? Any iclubbers nearby? thoughts, suggestions, ideas? I need all the help I can get on finding a place and seeing if this where I need to go and things to do in the area.

San Bernardino is super ghetto. I have family that lives there. Worse then the east side.

I heard it gets hot. I visited in the fall and it was in the eighties. Not a big fan of heat, but I assume the ocean is fairly close. If i'm lucky, i'll be able to get back to sonora for the summer...which is also very hot.

i went to csun as well and yes northridge is hot in the summer. there are tons of places in the san fernando valley that are close enough to csun.

its a pretty good school i finished about 3.5 yrs ago, everytime i go by all i see is construction lol. dont know how parking is now should be better than before because they have added like 2 parking structures since i left. just make sure your car is locked and no valuables in sight. i never had any issues but its still a college campus which means there will be knuckle heads.

So how would northridge and csu dominguez hills compare guys? I know the latter is near compton, but I could live closer to the ocean on the other side of the freeway.
