Check Engine Light...

...just came on

I need to know a good place to have it checked out. I live in Diamond Bar (near pomona). 02 wrx sedan, 24k miles.

I live in the same area. A couple months ago I had autozone pull the code, but I believe they don't do that anymore. Maybe someone at the life plaza meet has a code puller.

That's what I was hoping, but it looks like the check engine light is now off /shrug/.

How much is the device which gathers the code?

what mods have you done certain mods will cause check engine light to come on?

nothing big

k&n box filter
removed DRL
removed air intake silencer
mobil 1
synthetic gear oil

how hard are you pushing your car?

if you real don't have any mods see if the dealer will check it for free most will

I push the car pretty hard (ok, REALLY hard).

I will call the dealer later this week to see if they can do it for free, after my finals are done...

ug...finals.

I have white sedan. Stock for now, ordering rims this week.
