I have the Plantronics Voyager 510

http://www.plantronics.com/north_ame...35/prod5460010

I've had no complains with mine. Stays on and sounds good. Not like the crappy high end motorolla one. It's not the fanciest one out there but gets the job done. Works on my cell phone and my VOIP client on my laptop.

ferdie recommended the jawbone, or the plantronics 660. i like how the 660 looks better, but I have read some reviews where they said their noise cancelling doesn't work all that well. Also, only has 3hr talk time.

jawbone it is! thnx for your help everyone.
