it's just the overall vibe. like creepy smiles (prob undressing you in their minds EW!), following people or staring (yes, we know you're staring at us), thinking it's ok to join conversations that you weren't a part of to begin with, etc. or thinking that i want to jump your bones and therefore grabbing/slapping my *** just because i said "hi" or smiled at you.

yep following women around is out right creepy. I agree with this. Unless you are invited to run around with them, best bet is not too. Now running into them later on is ok as long as you are not alone because that means your gold hunt came up empty.
