You're right. Wallabies are usually not large enough to be classified as a kangaroo. However, a large wallaby may. Perhaps, I should rephrase it to "Feeding macropods are fun." However, I can only assume that they behave similarly. I've been to Australia 18 years ago to visit relatives there. I can also recall feeding baby kangaroos while I was there. It was indeed a very special moment as I have never given the opportunity to be approached by a kangaroo.
