You know MIke, there was this study on human memory, or lack of for that matter. Basically it went like this.
One guy would walk up to people on a school campus and just start asking for directions to certain buildings. Then about, oh... 20 seconds in, two people (dressed like construction workers) would walk in between them with a big piece of Plywood.
Now, the guy originally asking for directions, would walk off with the plywood, and someone would be replaced at that same moment. As the plywood passes and the new face standing there listening attentively to the directions given. The person giving directions didn't even noticed, and just kept talking.
Now, the funny thing is, they did this with someone of the same height and the same build, but a different race, still.. people just kept on talking.
