anyone need custom fabrication done?

the company where i previously worked is relocating. i will be offering custom fabrication from my home. anything can be done. mig, tig, custom mounts, suspension, motor mounts, fuel cells, traction bars, front bumpers, custom fiberglassing, anything... also if anyone is interested in learning how to tig, mig, or stick weld i am offer lessons so you can do it yourself. email me for details or if you need a quote. titanium welding can also be done.

that should be easy. are you local or do you need to ship it. you can send me the old piece and i can either make the new one out of titanium or 4130 or 4140 chromoly alloy steel. for sure none of those willl break or crack.

I could drive to you, how long would it take to make? I'm tight on money so whatever would be cheaper.

Thumbs up

STEALTH-WRX did my exhaust for me about a month ago. I was on a tight budget and he worked around it for me. He even did a little custom work to my HKS DP. Anyway, I would highly recommend him since he has years of welding experience and is a good guy to work with.

cool. i can fix that no problem. what do you want to make it out of. stainless or chromoly. i had a really cool idea to make it if you are interested. it would really cost much. i can make a small bracket on you turbo where the existing bracket is. and i can make another mount where the other side of the bracket is. then i would use two small chromoly heim joints with a 1/2 inch chromoly tube conecting them. i dont know if you can picture what i am saying but here is a picture of the heim.imagine a tube and on each side a heim threads in. each heim has about a 20,000 lbs tensile strenght and the mounts and tube joining them will be chromoly. i dont think this one would break. let me know if you interested.
